CIRKUS CIRKÖR ON TOUR
In October Cirkus Cirkör premiered a new show for children, Sagocirkus, with artists Rebecca Westholm and Fefe Deijfen. It will be available for touring autumn 2011 and spring 2012.
Cirkus Cirkör´s performance Wear it like a crown, directed by Tilde Björfors, is on tour with Riksteatret in Norway. The tour will take the show also to Hungary, Slovenia and Stockholm. Undermän with artists Mattias Andersson, Peter Åberg and Matias Salmenaho will this autumn go to Circa festival in Auch, Theater op de Markt in Neerpelt, Gothenburg, Stockholm and Munich.

SIRQUS ALFON ON TOUR WITH RIKSTEATERN
In October the new show of Sirqus Alfon, SATV, premiered in Norrköping and got raving reviews. The show is interactive, using digital technology together with the audience, playing with the idea of experiencing the reality behind the shooting of a TV show. The show will perform in Stockholm, Varberg, Kalmar, Växjö, Hässleholm, Linköping and Södertälje.

SALONG GIRAFF TO PERFORM AT CIRKO CENTER IN HELSINKI
The Swedish success variety show Salong Giraff will spend November and December in Helsinki, performing a Christmas dinner show where tap dancing primadonnas and corpulent power athletes explore the dream about a gourmet paradise together with juggling Salvador Dali incarnations and high flying aerial acrobats. The show is directed by Victoria Dalborg and Erik Åberg, it is called Euphoria, and info and tickets can be found on www.cirko.fi
MARIE-LOUISE MASRELIEZ PRESENTING A NEW PIECE
In October director Marie-Louise Masrelies presented a new piece at Teater Reflex in Kärrtorp, Stockholm. Higher is a performance is about the fears of heights and other phobias, presenting artists Matleena Laine, Sanna Vellava and Jesse Huygh. More info can be found on www.masreliez.se
BURNT OUT PUNKS ON TOUR

NEW STUDENTS AT DOCH AND GRADUATING STUDENTS PRESENTING EXAM WORK
In September a new international group of admitted circus students started their three year education at DOCH University of Dance and Circus in Stockholm. Several Swedish companies are in rehearsal for new shows coming up next year. Some examples:
VIFIRA are rehearing the show Kanon with artists Malin Stattin, Viktor Gyllenberg and Jay Gilligan. It is a dance and circus performance that will be mainly performed in libraries and public spaces. For info, see www.vifira.se

RUBY ROSE is developing a new show on the subject of beauty ideals and eating disorders. The show Eat it will present artists Rebecca Westholm (who is also the artistic director of the project), Angela Wand, Anja Duchko-Zuber, Eliisa Erävalo and Cohdi Harrell. MAGMANUS received funds from Kulturbryggan, a funding system for supporting the future arts of Sweden, to create a new show in 2012. More info will eventually come on www.magmanus.com
